Training For A Triathlon | Month Two

Triathlon

Intro | Month One

Ah, another month come and gone in this triathlon journey. I did ok this month, although I didn’t work out as often as I did because both the kids and I were battling one sickness or another over the course of like two weeks. Kids up in the night + being sick during the day = a very tired momma who doesn’t do much, haha, plus a schedule that’s all over the place. But I did ride the bike a handful of times, and have been drinking more water! And I am SO grateful that it’s warming up outside, so that I can start running!

April Goals

  1. Ride the exercise bike for at least 20 minutes a day two times a week.
  2. Do a Piyo work out once a week.
  3. Drink 40 ounces of water a day.
  4. Go running at least 4 times this month.
  5. Focus on clean eating.
