Training For A Triathlon | Month Three

Triathlon

Intro | Month One | Month Two

Again, this month was not the greatest in regards to my triathlon training. But I did ok on drinking water and biking, although my biking was cut short quite a few times by crying kiddos. I made some good meals, too, but I ate too many sweets this month. I’ve been craving them something awful, and I think I’m going to do a sweets/sugar fast during the month of May to reset my body. My goals for May will be the same as my April goals, with a couple added on at the bottom.

May Goals

  1. Ride the exercise bike for at least 2o minutes a day two times a week.
  2. Do a Piyo work out once a week.
  3. Drink 40 ounces of water a day.
  4. Go running at least 4 times this month.
  5. Focus on clean eating (no sweets!).
  6. Do a Barre work out 2 times this month.
  7. Buy a 3 month membership to the rec center and go swimming at least once.

I’m gonna work my booty off in May and will be excited to report back next month! As always, if you have any encouragement or advice for me, go ahead and drop it below 🙂
