Staying Hydrated with Welch’s 100% Juice with Coconut Water

Sometimes it’s hard for me to stay hydrated. Anyone else? I KNOW it’s important, and I can often feel the effects of not drinking water, but it’s hard for me to remember to continuously be drinking! Some days and weeks I do great, but others, well, not so much. I have found though, that if I’m drinking out of a cute cup or water bottle, that I am way more more likely to drink more water! I’ll be honest here — I’m one of those moms who don’t give their kids juice.
